Where to send it
Reports and questions go to the public issue tracker for this site’s notes repository: github.com/muke1838-cloud/video-transcript-notes/issues. It is public, so please do not include anything private in it. An email address for this site is being set up as well; it will appear on this page once mail sent to it actually arrives.
What to include
- A transcript that came out wrong: the link you pasted, the page you used it on, and which words were wrong.
- A page that failed: the exact sentence the status line showed. That sentence names the step that failed, which is usually enough to reproduce it.
- A video that should work but does not: the link, plus whether the video shows captions when you play it on the platform.
- Anything else: questions about how the site works, or corrections to the about or privacy pages.
What this page cannot help with
This site reads public videos. It cannot open a private post, remove a video from a platform, or speak for YouTube, TikTok or Instagram about their own decisions.
